My name is Jørn Idar Kvig, PDGA #77139 and live in Oslo, Norway. I am married, with two great kids, and founded the beer import Beer Enthusiast. I started playing late 2015 after driving by a disc golf course almost everyday for about a year, and have since then done pretty much everything disc golf (except win anything…). From playing to writing, TDing to sponsoring, my first years in this sport have been active and awesome.

As the creater of the first amateur tournament in Norway, and the best tour in the country (in all modesty..) I have learned a lot about organization and tournament setups. I have been lucky enough to be working, playing and practicing with some of the best players in the country, which have made me push myself to something better than I was in many ways. As a disc golfer and discgolf promoter I have learned that disc golf is just like my everyday work with beer; 99% asshole free!
