I can´t say anything else than my 2018 season was awesome. Sure – I got injured a few times before big tournaments, I worked my tail off to host tournaments. But the few downers where weight up time and time again, as I decreased my weight, increased my practice and training and saw big steps up both as a player and a person.

The really big change came this summer, where I made the choice to become a better player, person and father. This one, conscious decision was by far the most important I took. With the support of my wife, my family and everyone following this journey last season, I can`t wait to keep going this journey. The journey of not only becoming a Norwegian disc golf Champion in 2026, but the journey of become better, sharing the love for the sport and having a ton of fun as I go!
